In Vs. 1, Jesus told his disciples not to be troubled. They trusted God, and they needed to trust Him!

There are three reasons for trusting the Lord Jesus mentioned in this text.

1. "I Go"  Speaks of a Place Vs. 2

2. "I Will"  Speaks of a Promise Vs. 3

3. "I Am"  Speaks of a Provision (For Salvation and Sanctification.) Vs. 6
