Three negatives

Not of human descent

of blood")

Not of human desire
("Not
. . . of the will of the flesh")
(3)
Not of human design
("Not
. . . of the will of man")
b.
Three positives
(1)
Man must believe on His name (Jesus--"Savior")
(2)
Man must receive
(3)
God works the regenerating miracle ("Become!")
